Are You Grieving?

The price of love is pain and so when the one we love, is called home to be with GOD, we grieve.

But from the Book of Ecclesiastes in the Bible, we learn that “We all will die” (2:16), “I envy those who are dead and gone; they are better off than those who are still alive” (4:2) and “...the day you die is better than the day you are born” (7:1).

After all, the dead are actually alive and joyful in a far better world than the one we know. As Lord Jesus has promised: “Anyone who believes in me, even though he dies like anyone else, shall live again” (John 11:25).

No wonder the Apostle Paul says: “To live is Christ; to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21).

Since then, I weep NOT for Judy who is safe and joyful in the Lord’s presence. Instead, I weep for myself out of self-pity arising from my yearning for her exuberant and sparkling company which I miss so dearly.

To stop myself from wallowing in self-pity, I have channeled my emotional energy to write a book, “Let My Grief Comfort You” which I would send FREE to any widow or widower as I want to bring comfort and hope to them.
